This agreement is maintained from the effective date until termination by one of the parties, as stated in the agreement (« duration »). Google can complete, delete or modify this agreement at any time without any liability. The amended agreement is published under developers.google.com/analytics/terms/provisioning or any other URLs that Google may provide from time to time. The client should consult this agreement on a regular basis. The changes to the contract are not retroactive and come into effect 7 days after they are published. However, changes specifically tailored to new functions or changes made for legal reasons come into effect immediately after notification. Any party may terminate the contract at any time, with or without cause, with notification to the other party. At the end or expiry of this agreement, all licenses granted will be terminated and the entity will immediately cease to use Google`s brand functions. Sections 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 and 9 also apply after the expiry or termination of this contract.
The amendments are not retroactive and come into effect no earlier than fourteen days after publication. If you do not accept the amended terms of service, you should stop using Google Analytics. No changes or changes to this Agreement are binding unless (i) in writing and signed by a duly authorized Google representative, (ii) You accept the Online Updated Terms or (iii) You continue to use the Service after Google has published updates to the agreement or policy that governs the Service. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Google grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-sub-conceded license for the installation, reproduction and use of the SDK, as far as you wish to use the service in your third-party applications or applications; and (b) You can remotely access your reports, view them and download them. You will not use (and will not allow third-party) data identified as belonging to a third party in the service for purposes other than generating, displaying and downloading reports.
